Fresh, reliable microgreens grown with care and delivered cold for kitchens that expect consistency and flavor.

Our Chef Favorites

Here are our go-to picks for chefs, caterers, and creative kitchens:

Tray of vibrant radish microgreens in early growth stage, with broad green leaves and visible red stems developing. A dense, crisp canopy fills the frame, with beet greens visible in the background.

Radish

Bright and crisp with a hint of spice. Ideal for enhancing tacos, bowls, and garnishes.

Pea Shoots

Delicate yet crunchy with subtle sweetness. Perfect for stir-fries, sandwiches, and layered presentations.

Kale Blend

A vibrant mix of Premier, Blue Curled, and Red Russian kale. Adds depth to both warm and cold dishes.

Storage, Delivery & Scheduling

Our microgreens are harvested to order, packed cold, and delivered with care. Orders begin production once payment is confirmed, with a standard grow cycle of 7 days and up to 14 days for specialty crops like beets. A $20 minimum is required for delivery within Metro Detroit, and delivery details are confirmed at the time of order approval. Stored properly in refrigeration, most varieties hold strong for 10–14 days. To preserve peak freshness, we leave greens unwashed—simply rinse before plating.

We’re a family-run indoor farm rooted in Southeast Michigan. Every tray we grow is seeded, tended, and harvested by hand with intention and care. We know what it’s like to run a busy kitchen—and we take pride in delivering consistency, color, and flavor every time.
